Airplane sketches

I just came back from a wedding in Sydney which gave me a lot of time to sketch on the plane. Here as some of my sketches....

Doodle-A-Day w/ Speedball Pen (March 16, 2010)/

Today's doodle took WAY too long because I'm trying how to learn to use a speedball pen:




They are very temperamental but I like the quirky lines they create. I'm not super fast with them yet but I think it'll come with practice.

I did end up really liking my drawing though. I liked it so much in fact, I made it into a beach bag!
